Before You Get in Touch
How long does delivery take?
All Yori pieces are made to order by our artisan partners. Please allow up to 60 days for manufacture and delivery. Delivery is included in the price and available worldwide.
Can I order a custom size?
Yes. We work with our artisan partners to create bespoke pieces in custom dimensions, timber choices, and finishes. Get in touch and tell us what you have in mind.
What timber do you use?
All Yori pieces are made from solid wood only — no veneers or shortcuts. We work with reclaimed old wood, elm, camphor, ash, nanmu, maple, and other premium solid timbers depending on the piece.
Are the pieces truly unique?
Yes. Because every piece is made from solid natural timber, no two are ever identical. Grain patterns, knots, colour variations and natural marks differ across every individual piece.
Do you offer returns?
As all pieces are made to order, we are unable to accept returns. We encourage you to ask any questions before ordering and will provide detailed photos during production on request.
How do I care for solid wood furniture?
Solid wood benefits from occasional treatment with a natural wood oil or wax. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and wipe spills immediately with a soft, dry cloth. With proper care, your piece will last a lifetime.
